The hotel had a very weird layout but was a perfect size for our family. It was so close to the town centre and offered great facilities. The rooms had everything you need but might need improvements in layout. Rooms to park a truck off the road.
The motel offers comfortable rooms with good beds and cooking facilities, typical of New Zealand motels. The service was polite and apologetic when needed. The location is superb, close to everything in Queenstown but away from the town's hustle. However, the bed size was a bit small, and the initial phone contact lacked empathy toward our circumstances.
The hotel offers a stunning view over the lake and features clean rooms with a nicely renovated bathroom. The service is exceptionally friendly and informative. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the town center. However, the dining options are not provided. The facilities are basic but convenient.
